Free Webpage Templates, Easy HTML Class 6A webpage template is a file that already has the basic html code to display some type of frame with colors. They can be very simple or complex, a more complex web page template may have a link structure that would allow you to setup web pages in a directory structure. We will give you some templates which do have a few links to help get you started. If you use our templates we do not charge anything we just ask that you do not remove the link at the bottom that list our website. This can help get more traffic to our website, and this is how we are able to give these templates and information away for free. We will have comments in our templates that tell you where to add images, text links, or change colors. This is a great way to get started learning html code. Remember that the search engine robots like simple web pages, if you get to fancy with high tech code and frames it can derail the robot spiders from collecting your data. You must allow the robots to visit your site and collect the data before it will show up in search engines. We will list a few different templates starting out with very simple so you can figure out what is going on and how to change the code. Below are a few definitions for some important html code.
Title = Display at top of browser, very important. There are lots of other html syntax in the files and we suggest looking at html lesson websites for more help with all the details. We just want to get you up and going fast with some of the simple things in the template. Take this file and save to your computer, then you can view with your browser. Change the code and see how things change. Or if you are worried about a virus just create a text file and copy the code in with copy paste and save as .html. The .html tells the browser it is web file. Free Website Starter Template Right Mouse Click and save to your computer. Then open with notepad or a text editor, make changes save and then open in browser to see the effects. If the file maintains the .html extension all you have to do is double click and it will automatically load with browser in windows.
